Oyster Bay Waterfront Retreat

To secure your reservation, a credit card authorization for full rental and damage deposit is required at time of reservation. The full rental payment will be processed 45 days in advance of your booking. Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD is preferred. We also accept personal/business cheques, cash, money orders, and wire transfers.

Damage Deposit
The damage deposit authorization of $500 will be debited to your VISA or Mastercard, in full or in part, to cover the costs of expenses incurred for excess cleaning or property damage. The authorization will not be processed if the rental property is kept tidy and no damage occurs.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% is charged on all rentals under 30 days.

Cancellation requires 45 days notice. If you cancel fewer than 45 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay; you may forfeit all monies paid if a replacement booking cannot be found. We will make every reasonable effort to find other guests to take your rental period. If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival date, your credit card authorization will be voided. We do not give refunds for early departure. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.

Children, Smoking, Pets
Children are most welcome. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed.

Arrival and Departure Times
You can arrive anytime after 4 p.m. on the first day of your stay. Please depart by 11 a.m. on the last day of your stay. These times are flexible if we do not have any bookings immediately before or after yours. To avoid incurring extra cleaning charges, please leave the house tidy and orderly. Please ensure the kitchen is tidy. We will launder the linens.

Liability Waver
Use of the Oyster Bay Waterfront Retreat property is at your own risk. The owner disclaims any and all responsibility for injury on or around the rental property.
