The Oyster Bay Waterfront estate grounds are large with ocean views to the front and forest views to the back. Photograph your wedding with the serene, stunningly beautiful views of Mt Daniel and Oyster Bay. The forest side of the house has a beautiful grassy area with trees to the back that could also accommodate a rose arbour and a setting of chairs for the ceremony.
We have a Studio behind the house that can be used as a dance area. The estate is private with stunning views from all rooms and beautifully furnished.There is a deck surrounding the house with flowers, lounge furniture and BBQs. There is a patio leading to a large grassy area that can be setup with tents and dining tables. There is also a 42′ wide new dock that can be used as a venue for pictures as well as the front courtyard and ocean side patio/grass areas.
The house itself can sleep up to 20 people. It is comprised of 3 suites: a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. The 3 bedroom unit has a HUGE gourmet kitchen with commercial fridge, D/W and sink in the back room and a large prep area, three ovens & microwave and an under counter fridge.
The bed configuration is 1 bedroom suite – twin beds or 1 king plus double sofa/ 1 bath. 2 bedroom – 1 Queen plus 2 doubles in bunk configuration/ 2 bath. 3 bedroom – 1 King and 2 Queens/ 4 bath. We have 2-3 extra cots and a large L shaped sofa that sleeps 2 in the living room.
At the upper area of the estate, closer to the road we will be opening our campsite that has tent and RV areas with public washrooms for overflow guests. It is a 10 minute walk down a hill to the house. The slope is steep, so not for everyone, but there is ample parking at the bottom for people to be shuttled up to the campsite/RV area.
